How you pay

Online by card. Small items when booked. Applications: 50% to start, then 50% plus the council fee when you approve the final application, before we submit.

A note on outcomes

We prepare every application to give it the best chance, but the decision is the council’s. Our drawings are for planning, not for building regulations or construction.
