For existing clients. Send us photos, drawings, surveys and documents for your application, including large files. You’ll only be able to upload; nobody else’s files are visible. New enquiry? Send us your address instead.

What to send

  • Photos of the front, rear and any areas you want to change
  • Existing drawings or a measured survey
  • Title plan, if you have it
  • Previous planning decisions
  • Any council letters or emails

Naming your files

Start each file name with your street name so we can match it to your project, for example Elm-Road-rear-garden.jpg.

PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, DWG and Office files are all fine.

Your information

Files go straight to our secure Microsoft 365 storage and are only used for your project. See our privacy notice for how long we keep them.
